I have used this salon for years and I have been very happy with Mel as my stylist. However, when ill and unable to make an appointment it is bear on impossible to ensure that my appointment has been cancelled. In this respect the service has gone down hill in my opinion. In the past if you left a message because rarely the telephoned is answered, somebody rang you back or an email arrived confirming that your appointment had been cancelled. I am not feeling well and I have rung four times and left four separate messages. So if you are waiting for me today I wont be arriving.

I have been seeing Laura for my haircuts since we moved here 2 years ago. She and all the staff are professional and friendly and I always come away with a smile on my face and a lovely haircut. Atmosphere is great and not too expensive.

My first visit to a local salon. First class experience with Melissa who made me feel very welcome and relaxed-even on a very hot day! Suffering from alopecia visiting hairdressers can be an emotional experience but Melissa was fabulous and coped with my nerves and gave me lots of advice on how to get the best out of my very long hair. Approx 8” off and my hair and head feel fabulous👍already book my next visit which has never happened before! Thank you☺️

I had a wash cut and blowdry with your stylist sally. She was absolutely Lovely. She made me feel so welcome and made me feel like im in safe hands. She is very knowledgeable about colour as i was discussing with her about going blonde. My hair was in a bad state but sally brought my hair back for me. I am so so pleased with it. Please pass this message onto sally she is amazing at what she does 10/10 thank you xx
