Walked in after the other nail bar refused to do infills after 5 weeks, insisting should’ve been done no later than 3. Here, I was promptly offered all I asked for, accommodating me in less than half hour. Everyone is polite and professional. I’ll visit again 😎

I went here a few months ago and forgot to write a review so here
This was the worst salon visit I’ve ever had. During my pedicure, the male tech inappropriately massaged my leg and made me bleed, He then began my manicure, but instead of one person working start to finish, they had two people doing different hands at the same time, pulling me in opposite directions and became angry when I asked for a simple shape refinement. It was chaotic, rushed, and completely unprofessional.

Hygiene was unacceptable: fruit flies in the salon, dust everywhere, old nail clippings still on the tables, and staff with long, dirty nails and no gloves. Tools and workstations were not cleaned between clients.

The atmosphere was hostile and uncomfortable from start to finish. This was not just poor service, it was unhygienic, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Do not go here.

Thought I’d try USA nails in Frome and I’m never going back. She made me bleed 3 times, when I mentioned it to her she didn’t care! Nails are average and the place is dirty, so was one guys natural nails, dirty and long, I was close to walking out when he glued dirty tips on my nails dropped the nail file on the floor and carried on then left me waiting for another staff member with half done nails! Waiting on an infection now!

Very disappointed. I didn't go back to tell them as I knew it was shambles day I went in on off chance and they fitted me in. Then I ended up having 3 different people do them and they didn't put protection on. My nails are now ruined, and nail art came off after second day. I was waiting ages and found it rude to have several different people do one person nails that's how mistakes are made. Soaking all your nails I'm hot acetate in metal bowl for longer than 15 min !! Not good for nails. You are just a number for cash, and expensive as that for the quality. I don't usually complain but this is worst nail job I've ever experienced

This nail store is so expensive!!! I WILL NEVER PATRONISE THEM AGAIN!!! The first and last time I was there they made horrible nails for me and after complaining about it they increased my fee. A word is enough for the wise!!! There are other amazing nail salons in Frome city centre.

when I walked in they told me there would be no wait for a pedicure, 15 mins later they run a foot bath and leave me for another 15 minutes. Then the pedicure stops half way because someone else walks in and they switch to her nails. So a pedicure took 1.5 hours, which is pretty typical of every other experience of this salon. So do not be in a rush, because the waiting times can be more than frustrating. Today it felt unfair to prioritise serving someone else who walked in 40 minutes after I did.
