Karen was great! It was my first time booking with her as I really needed someone to help remove builder gel from a "walk-in" place which I didn't want to return to. Because of the way the builder gel had been applied (by the other place) she was really careful and determined not to damage my nails any further. I opted for a gel bottle manicure with her and loved all the choices of colour. My manicure was fabulous and I left with her having saved my natural nails and making them look brilliant too. Also, despite the fact the removal of the other place's gel took over an hour (it should normally take 15 minutes tops) she didn't charge me any extra money, even though she used way more of her own time and product than she should have. I thought that was very kind, and she seemed more interested in making sure she saved my nails than anything else. Karen clearly loves her job, provides a great service, and you get excellent nails. Thank you soooooo much again, Karen :)
