hi all , booked in for a full body massage on Wednesday after a last minute message Monday. from the go Suzanne was so helpful .
the pre talk was reassuring & ment she knew you , your needs & any problems you may have .
I've had a few ( lots) over the years & this was up there , so relaxing just the right pressure & worked on the areas we talked about . amazing room well set out for relaxation, and Suzanne only talked if you wanted to or if she need you to move meaning if you wanted to you could really just switch off if that's your thing . I wouldn't hesitate to book again for any treatment thank you

I had my first treatment with Suzanne today. I was given such a warm and kind welcome and Suzanne truly listened to what I wanted to get out of my treatment. The hot stone massage I received was absolutely devine, I felt thoroughly relaxed and looked after, it was perfect in every way. I really enjoyed the Swedish massage by Suzanne. It was very different to the Thai massages I experienced in Thailand a few months ago, and much more relaxing. My wife gave me a voucher for the massage as a very welcome Valentines Day gift.

This lovely little salon in Coldstream is so cosy and relaxing. Suzanne has a very professional approach, and her warm and friendly manner really makes you feel at ease. I can't recommend her highly enough. She also sells a beautiful range of Neals yard products. Get yourself there for a pamper, you won't regret it!

You just have to walk into Serenity and you already feel relaxed in the warm and beautifully scented surroundings. I have had 4 treatments to date and they have all been wonderful. Suzanne has a very friendly, gentle and knowledgeable approach. She provides a good range of treatments and every month there is a great special offer. Whatever you choose, it’s always such a treat.
I strongly recommend Serenity.

I have had many treatments with Suzanne who is very friendly & professional, she makes you feel relaxed throughout your treatment in her lovely cosy Salon. I would recommend combining more than one treatment to give you an even more relaxing pamper experience. I also love the Neal's Yard products she uses for the treatments, which are also available to buy from her. Keep up the good work Suzanne!
