I'm sorry to say I won't be back. There used to be a good quality service but now the priority seems to be to get people out as quickly as possible regardless of the condition you leave nails in. I can do my own nails to this standard, that's why I go to a professional nail technician. My nails are not even, the polish is patchy, no cuticle care and please stop filling nails without actually looking at the person's hand. Not only is it causing some of the issue but it's also pretty rude.

was in today with my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter I got infills which was okay and my daughter-in-lawgot full acrylics and my granddaughter of three year-old got her nails done for the first tim and when I got home I noticed all my granddaughters new Polish was off so took her back and it was very busy and no one was very helpful and I go there every four weeks and today I spent about £80 and that shop not very happy with my granddaughter’s nails

I’m really sorry that you weren’t happy with your experience the other day. Regarding your niece’s nails — she chose regular polish, which needs more time to dry completely. We did recommend letting it dry a bit longer under the lamp, but you mentioned it was already dry, and she didn’t want to wait any more.

After you went home, her polish started peeling and you called the salon. I invited you to come back so we could fix it for her. When you came back, the salon was quite busy, so we kindly asked you to wait for your turn — we were definitely going to help, just needed a little time.

Also, just to share, regular polish doesn’t last long if it’s not fully dry — especially on kids’ hands, since they’re usually more active.

There VERY rude !! They speak bad and laugh about their customers !! I understand Chinese language and listening to them while getting nails done was just wow !! Didn’t expect that at all !! The sooner people stop going to them the better !!!

Worst place to get nails done, I went in to get my nails and showed them what I wanted on, got them done and paid. Also they speak in own language talking about the person that the staff is working on making you feel uncomfortable. 3 weeks later I went back to take them off, met with terrible attitude, I had to ask twice if I needed to pay for them to get taken off before I got an answer because they never answered my question the first time. When I got told I had to pay £30 I walked out and got acetone instead.

Sad to hear this from you, normally when you get nails acrylic done after 3 weeks and if you want it removed you have to pay for that service and it only costs £10, when you ask me. that is do you have to pay for taking it off, I don't understand what you say, I asked again and answered yes. and you were very rude to me, you closed the door very strongly, even though I hadn't done or said anything rude to you.

Avoid place at all costs!! went with my mum today and the women who owns it, left her nails in some state. After paying we went back and asked her politely to take them off and were greeted with the most horrible attitude and told we would be charged 10 pound to have them removed! she never removed them and now my mum has to pay again to get them removed and redone. The worst customer experience I have ever received in my whole life! also they are misshapen and she used a different colour to what my mum asked for. Will be looking to take the matter further. paid the shop over 70 pound all in.
