Google First time at pure beauty for treatments today had the pleasure of having Ariyarnna do my nail,eye brow wax and eye lash lift and tint. Can’t recommend her enough,she’s done a fantastic job couldnt be happier 😊

A lifted nail can be for many reasons and easy to sort out, sorry you weren't happy but always better to call us first so i can help 🙂🙏 also looks as if you have pulled on the gel so it will look worse, hopefully you find a better salon for yourself in the future

Google I have been a regular customer, this time, they not only ruined shape of my eyebrows but managed to remove the skin with their waxing. When I requested to not do waxing and use tweezer instead, I was told that I have a lot of eyebrows. My skin is burning, please don’t visit if you have a lot of eyebrows.

Hi we have always got you in last minute over the years for lots of different treatments and every time you have been happy which is why you have continued to book with us it seems, the waxing can have that effect if you have used a new facial cream, retinol, had a facial treatment recently aswell so something to consider when booking in waxing again somewhere else - I've been waxing for 26 years you went to one of our new girls because our senior therapists we were fully booked - if you had rang me I could have given you some help but I didn't have a call or a message 🙂 your eyebrow shape doesn't look ruined to me infact it looks a lovely shape , i hope it healed up well it's quite small so hopefully will have gone within a few days 🙏

Google Fantastic service as always, I always get gel nails, facials and lash lifting at Pure Beauty and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My gel nails are always done perfectly and the customer service is 5 star. Would never go anywhere else.

Google Highly recommend this salon to everyone.. the girls are amazing with everything they do, they are always super happy & do anything they can to accommodate you!! I have had a number of treatments here & every time they are of incredible quality.. I would not trust any other salon as much as I trust this one!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because these girls absolutely deserve it!!

Google I never had a bad experience here , such an amazing salon that’s well known throughout town , the girls are all amazing so lovely , and I’ve never been disappointed by what services i’ve received, there is never anything too much hassle for them , and they offer such a wide range of treatments i don’t think you could get better anywhere else , I will continue to recommend this salon to everyone I know x

Google The customer service is amazing there but I wouldn’t be returning to get nails done. in a space of 4 hours being home a nail came off and when that happened I noticed each nail is uneven and it wasn’t straight but it’s not worth 45pounds i am bit disappointed in that and it was not fully filled in but I love how friendly they are and nice

Hi Iona oh dear and we tried so hard to get you in because we were fully booked with regulars all week, you're a new client so we did our best they look far too long to me? maybe it's not the sort of nail length you're used to? you could have called me and we could have fixed it for you rather than leave a low review which effects the business as a whole when we offer so many lovely treatments for people :) hope you find a salon that suits you better will pass your comment onto Sara the nail tech and hope she can learn from this and maybe have your nails at a more reasonable length in the future - thank you

Google I have been using Purebeauty Welshpool as my only beauty salon for the past 14 years. The therapists are all lovely and the standard of treatments are so high. There is always such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and they're always really good at getting me appointments at convenient times for me. A fabulous salon. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
