Google Absolutely love my new hair! I’d been looking for a reliable hairdresser in Plymouth and I’m so glad I found this place. The stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and gave my hair a fresh shape while keeping it looking natural and healthy. The waves sit perfectly and it feels so much lighter. Really friendly service too—everyone was welcoming and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Google I have been coming to this salon for a while now, I started off with waxing but found this little painful, after speaking with Cass she introduced me too laser at first there was no chance 😂 but I have to say I’m 1000% happy with going down that route, iv been having laser for a while and it has been the best thing I ever did, the pain is nothing and I am a lot more comfortable, Cass always makes sure that I’m okay and if I have any questions she’s always there to help and support me. With someone with who can’t really stand pain laser was the best thing and I have been raving about it to everyone! I started noticing a difference after the first few weeks, and I will never go back! And will never go to anyone else!

Google Friendly salon with free parking, been getting my Hollywood laser hair removal since February 2022 and now it’s October 2023 and still needing more sessions. Paid hundreds of pounds (£80 a session for one area over double the price of other laser hair removal clinics in the city) and the area still needs many sessions. I have resorted to going elsewhere as the process is extremely painful and I have been told it’s not meant to make you cry. I would go here for hair and waxing but not laser. It seems I also have scars on the area which I’ve never had before

Google Had semi permanent eyeliner this morning. Had a good experience. Was put at ease, discussed what I wanted before hand. Aftercare also discussed. Happy with results. Review and any touch ups to be done in 6 weeks. All good so far 😁😁😁

Google I have had both my nipples piercers today. And what an experience I had a full consultation before hand and was spoke to about everything that would be happening and asked a series of questions but made to feel so comfortable at the same time. I was then shown into the piercing room what was very sanitary and clean. Nothing was set up until I was there what was excellent as it reassured me that everything was fresh and clean. I was made to feel so comfortable even with being top half naked. I was involved in all the decisions being made and asked if I was happy with everything before proceeding. The conversation flowed what made me feel even more comfortable I couldn’t say thank you enough. It was such a lovely and really really pleasant experience and then after we was done I was asked if I was okay they then went through the after care with me and gave me a aftercare sheet so I wouldn’t forget how to look after them. I was told if I was concerned or needed to ask questions I could just pop into the salon and they would help me.
I can’t recommend them enough I will 100% be telling everyone about their new piercing service and going back for more.
