I went to this nail shop to get my nails done, yellow french tips. The young man (can't remember his name)was lovely and ensured my nails were an exact replica of what i wanted. Overall an amazing environment to be in. So pleased with the results of my nails. Thank you. Special shout out to him. Highly recommend to get him to do your nails.

I’m giving a 2 star review because the staff here were so lovely but unfortunately all of my nails lifted and half of them fell off, so I wouldn’t return. They weren’t under the nail lamp for long enough to cure them properly.

I treated myself to a last minute pedicure as I am heavily pregnant and can hardly reach my own feet anymore.
Sadly my toe nails were butchered and cut/ripped right down to the skin causing pain and inflammation of my toes. To the point I've had to seek medical advice to ensure I don't have an infection/ get an ingrown nail now. All the nails were cut at funny angles and shapes.
On top of that the fb page states the prices are one thing and then when you get there they are another price. And they only accept cash so it was lucky I was able to scrape together another £5 as the whole ordeal set me back £30!

Was left so unhappy at what was supposed to be a nice treat to myself. Would NOT recommend going here if you care about your nails/health.

I am sure I booked in for 10.30. I turned up and waited and waited. I left at 12pm. No apology, just told next time do a walking. Obviously a walking off the street is seen and has service quicker than an appointment. I am a carer so have to have a time slot in order to go back and look after a family member.
The attitude was not caring not friendly and they would not understand what I wanted.
Never again. Also, as a foreigner I can point out that chatting away in your language when the customers have no idea what is being said is extremely rude.

My sister had a really upsetting experience at this nail clinic. The man who treated her was extremely abrupt, rough, and forceful. She left in tears because the treatment was painful and the products used were hurting her fingers. No one should have to go through that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — avoid it and go somewhere that treats customers with care and respect.”

Avoid at all costs !

Older man extremely rude and disrespectful. Even though my nails were in a lot of pain with the products burning my skin. Man laughed and shouted at me throughout my whole appointment infront of other costumers to which left me leaving in tears. No costumer service whatsoever it’s an absolute disgrace. Spend more money and go with a company who have people skills, who can understand what you are saying and don’t hurt you in the process of what should be a pleasant experience. Wouldn’t even rate a 1 star unfortunately I had no choice on here .

Been going here for pretty much a year now and couldn’t fault them! Always love the nails I have had and the care! Most of the time I go in with a photo for reference and either get the exact same or better!😍 I’ve added some of the nails I’ve had with them that I have photos of! Always a brilliant job and last for ages!

Lovely friendly people who do an excellent job of my nails. My only complaints are they don’t remove build up dirt under the nails unless you ask and secondly they take appointments, but shouldn’t do they are far too busy to accommodate. I would recommend just turning up and join the queue like everyone else.

A couple of my nails chipped so I went back today to have them repaired. There was no hassle, they were fantastic. They gave me a full set of fresh nails. When I asked how much I was told there was no charge. I was absolutely amazed. Will be going back for my next set and thereafter
