Been going for well over a year to have nails done me and my two daughters - we went just before Xmas and 7 days later nails popped off - spent £48 pound
Today I went back to show them and I expected to pay something but not £40
There’s a young person gluing the nails he even glued himself to me never complained - but so disappointed today with the charge we will not return.

Took my daughter to have nail extensions on a Friday, as it’s what she’s asked for Xmas. They did extensions and gels and I paid £45, she left over the moon. Dropped her to her father’s Friday only to receive a message 2 hrs later to say one of her nails had already popped off. Then Saturday another, Sunday another until they eventually they all came off. Contacted them to be told I’d have to pay again as it’s over 48hrs and they could only paint her own nails. Took her back on Xmas eve to have them redone and this is the result. One upset disappointed little girl…£45 later…
