I got my legs waxed, the woman didn’t talk the entire time to me, left with red bumps and remaining wax all over my leg. Very upset because usually like their nail service.

I’m really disappointed with my lash lift and tint experience. I was left with my eyelids partially glued together, with excess tint and glue all around my eyes, which was uncomfortable and concerning. When I got home, it took me ages to remove what had been left all over my eyes.
The treatment felt rushed and careless rather than professional. What made it worse was that the technician appeared to be sleeping and snoring on the chair next to me while the treatment was processing, which did not inspire any confidence at all.
For £50, this experience was absolutely not worth the money. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience.

Service was prompt, I couldn't fault the technicians work.. Good value Great place to pop in and get a treatment. No frills. It's not great if you like more of a spa atmosphere with drinks and background spa music. I didn't really like the technicians having their own conversation in their own language while attending to me, but this probably doesn't bother many. Just a note that no card payment is accepted, only cash or bank transfer, which is worth noting if it's the regatta and ones mobile reception is rubbish.

Nina is the best nail technician I know of. Friendly, clean salon, decent prices, and expert staff. my nails always look beautiful, and the shellac lasts well. They also have biobuilder gel which is brilliant for nails which break more easily. Now my nails always look perfect!
