I visited this nail parlour recently and was initially pleased with the service and how my nails looked. Unfortunately, within just 10 days, two of my nails chipped, which was really disappointing considering the price and the expectation that they should last much longer. The application seemed fine at the time, but the durability just wasn’t there. I hope the salon can improve the quality and longevity of their work, as the overall experience was otherwise pleasant.

First time having my nails done. They rushed me to sat in one of the working stations, no chance to ask what my options where is even see what I could have. One technician sat in frontnof memand started working on my nails. I tried to talk to him, but he didn't reply back or he didn't understood, not sure s he never interact with me for the whole hour. Other technician sat by his side was looking at my nails, talking to him on their language and laughing, I found that was very rude.
Then when colouring my nails the colour was not even, he seemed happy.... But nails were a disaster, he mentioned to add yet another coat, I refuse a there was already 4 coats andy nails were too chunky
Another technician jumped in to check, she tried to fix it. She applied a different colour on top and tried to fix my nails

All this any apology or explanation, the costumer service of the fist technicians was the worst ever I have had. I will try another saloon to compare, but I don't think I will be back
I put 2 starts only because the second technician knew what she was doing

Great service from USA nails. Lynn is my to go to nail technician , she takes pride in her work and very caring person. The salon has refurbished and it’s very modern and clean. All the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend the pedicure treatment

I was pushed into getting an infill I did not want by multiple staff members. At the beginning I told them I’d like my acrylics taken off and just leave my real nails alone (I had grown them out for months). I was pushed to have infills for a solid 10 minutes until I finally agreed. He then took a drill under my nail and drilled 2 of my real nails away, I immediately pulled away and was understandably upset. He told me it was to File excess away but if so why would he drill my real nails away. That was something he didn’t do with the rest of my nails which shows he did NOT need to harm my real nails. In the end I just asked for a top coat so I could leave and I couldn’t leave fast enough. Horrible experience, will never go back. Very disheartening. For reference below ive added my untouched nails and the two harmed ones.

Been there lots of time and they never let me down so I went there again today to get my holidays nails done. It was the most terrible experience I ever got. Being rushed to pick a colour as they don’t have the colour that I want and told me that they are so busy today so I need to speed up. When I asked for the technician’s opinion, she said is up to you and said that I need to pick one up as they don’t have time for me to decide. I picked a random colour and then she started to paint my nails and I try old she if she can put on one more coat on my point finger or redo it cause the colour is not even and what I got is that it will be fine once she put chrome on. The nail surface isn’t even smooth as there’s a lump at the bottom. I can understand that they are busy but being rushed to get nails done isn’t the proper way to do it and they were rude at the same time. Will never go there again as was being treated rudely and they are really overpriced compared to other nail salon I’ve been.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating for me and my stepdaughter. Reasonable price and very friendly staff. They accepted us as a late walk in and the service and quality was still brilliant. Much better than my previous nail salon!!

First time I’ve ever had my nails done and I’m absolutely love them. The guy who done them was so lovely and so was everyone else ! I gave him a reference photo of what I wanted and they just look incredible. After a stressful week of trying to get everything sorted for my wedding this weekend I left my appointment feeling so relaxed! Thank you so much!
