My first time here. I came because it was reccomended by a freind and they was confident in what i wanted doing where some other salons was not. They did these all by hand no transfers which is impressive. I made an appointment and was seen on time not much flitting inbetween customers only when my nails were been soaked to be removed. Would recommend the only reason why i did not give 5 stars was because there is always room for improvement not because i faulted them in anyway today. Four and a half stars. Would defo return 😊

Had my nails done for my birthday, they were nice i did like them but I really dislike how rude one of the male workers was. I dont know if hes the manager or owner but I was a first time customer and he was unnecessarily blunt and had an attitude. He was speaking over the woman with the shy voice who was working on my nails. Shame I wouldn't be able to bring myself to be in that environment again. Had no other issues with other nail salons.

I don't recommend it!! Three of my nails fell off, and they charged me £43. I had them done on Friday, and one fell off by Sunday. They care about quantity, not quality.😡😡😡

Had my nails done here for the first time today and wow, I DO NOT regret it.😍10/10 experience, would recommend. Performed by a lovely gentleman that was more than happy to do the design I wanted, in a black and white theme.🖤🤍I will be back in 4-5 weeks!☺️😁

Fantastic pedicure, feet feel so soft afterwards. Always accommodate what nail designs I choose and always check if I am happy with them. Would 100% recommend and will be returning again for another luxury pedicure soon. Been coming here now for a fair few months and never have any problems with Biab previous nail salon I visited always had problems with my Biab lifting.
