Google Have tried a few other local nail places, but wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Lovely salon, lovely staff, great customer service and excellent value for money. I’m a creature of habit so usually have chrome acrylic nails, but Ann’s offer so many other beauty services beyond nails in a lovely clean and welcoming salon. Would highly recommend.

Google I have started going to Ann’s after returning to work post baby as I no longer had the time to do my nails myself and I am SO happy with the service, both ladies are so welcoming, very speedy and most importantly do a great job. I know I am going to become a very regular client :)

Google I had a Korean lash lift here and the results are amazing. I’ve had Korean elsewhere and been disappointed with the results, but Ann took extra care/time and it really showed. My lashes are long, dark and lifted and gave me the dramatic look I desired.

Had to cancel via the app due to unforeseen circumstances and Ann was incredibly accommodating, i received full refund and new appointment was booked! Couldn’t fault them in anyway - absolutely brilliant

Google Booked an appointment online took the deposit and then they cancelled the appointment and closed the shop and the deposits not refunded!!

Hi, thank you for your message.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused regarding your appointment on Sunday. As it was a late afternoon booking and due to unexpected circumstances, we had to close the shop earlier that day. Your appointment was cancelled through the Fresha app, and a full refund was processed from our side immediately.
Unfortunately, once the refund is submitted through Fresha, the timing of when it reaches your account is outside of our control, as this depends entirely on their payment system and your bank processing time.
We would have really appreciated the chance to resolve this directly with you before the Google review was posted, as we were not aware there was still an issue with the refund. We always aim to help our clients and solve any problems fairly.
Please could you contact the shop directly so we can assist you further and help resolve this properly. We would also kindly ask if you would consider removing or updating the review once the matter is resolved.

Google Finally found a nail bar that do a fantastic pedicure!
The salon is set back so no street noise which makes the experience really relaxing. The chairs give you a lovely massage whilst your tootsies are soaking and the actual pedicure was thorough and precise 💅🏽
Can’t recommend enough and will definitely be returning for my next one 🫶🏼

Google Calming atmosphere! Staff are really polite and welcoming, very organised and so many colours to choose from ! I had a pedicure which was soooo relaxing and then a manicure .. the design I had was simple what I saw online and the nail technician absolutely nailed it ! Not one complain at all and highly recommend!!!!!

Google Absolutely brilliant - so glad I found this hidden gem and not sure why I haven’t been sooner! I’ve had two sets of BIAB overlays so far and will be continuing to go to Ann in the future. A lovely, clean and quiet salon too!
