I come every 3 weeks to have my nails done, builder gel, every time I come in with a new design and my usual lady pulls it off every time. I’m always so so pleased! Couldn’t recommend more x

Imagine getting yelled at in a nail salon

I showed a picture of what nail I wanted to get done, the older male tech yelled at me for showing him a nail he couldn’t do cus my preferred length was short. This could have been communicated calmly and politely but instead he yelled at me for going for a nail design that needed a longer length and started speaking in his language in a low tone to the other nail tech beside him (which I believe was an attempt to slag me off). He ended up swapping with someone else who was very polite and calm and did the same design like in the picture I showed. Never going back and never recommending to anyone.

Owner Response:

We strongly reject this version of events.

No one in our salon raised their voice or behaved in the way described. The client requested a design that requires longer nails, while choosing a short length. We simply explained — calmly and professionally — that the result would differ from the reference image. This is basic professional advice, not “yelling.”

Any conversation with colleagues was strictly about finding the correct colour, not about the client.

The fact that the same design was completed and the client left happy speaks for itself.

We stand by our professionalism and do not accept false accusations about our staff.
