I went in for half past 9 appointment. was 10 minutes early. extremely happy with the finished results. even had a laugh with the nail technicians which is always a win. only 1 downside. with 4 employees 1 was very miserable and didn't talk much which for the first 10-15 minutes made my time there quite uncomfortable. always offers me a drink. will never go anywhere else!!

The staff were ok but my nails are absolutely awful. They firstly were all different lengths and shapes including being wonky. Also the tips were stuck on an up angle so they are all sticking up and look like they’ve been lifted and are painful to touch. Absolutely awful set of nails. If I could give 0 stars I would

Was sat there over an hour waiting, whilst they started doing other peoples nails who came in after me, and couldn’t leave as they had already put the tips on. Very crafty and was very disappointed with the service. Overall had a really bad experience!!

I recently swapped to Tops Nails, and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are lovely, and my nails have never disappointed. A visit to Tops Nails is an absolute must in Mansfield. 💅😁
