I rang up before taking my two daughters to get there nails done who are 4 & 8 I was told £15.00 each for gel polish. I then said they want a design and was told same price. They have done a decent job with there nails however when I went to pay I was told £40.00 for both and that was with 20% off. Not once did they say the nail art they had would be more when I shown the design. If I new I wouldn't of gone there as it's very over priced for children's nails and that was with 20% off !!!!!! Beware of this they have now lost my custom as I will be trying the nail bar down the road.

Usually does decent nails but very disappointing being charged £43 for nothing that resembles the design I asked for, just because they were 1 staff short and really busy. Disappointing as usually very good work.

I am writing to express my satisfaction and appreciation for the excellent service I have consistently received over the past year and a bit at your salon. I have primarily been a client of Kelly, whose skill and professionalism have always impressed me. Additionally, I have had the pleasure of seeing Julia's work, and I would not hesitate to book an appointment with her as well.

The salon upstairs is always lovely and impeccably clean. Both Kelly and Julia are incredibly hardworking professionals who contribute significantly to the salon's popular reputation. It is worth noting that I have never seen the salon empty, which speaks volumes about its appeal.

Moreover, the friendly environment created by Kelly, &Julia, makes every visit enjoyable. It truly feels like I have known everyone for years, including the other clients. This warm atmosphere, combined with exceptional pricing, sets Total Look apart.

I’m extremely unhappy with the services from total look. Completely unsatisfactory, it looks as if a child has done these nails, they are smudged, and the detail is terrible. Along with that they were not willing to offer any subsidies for this. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for your nails, there are a few other good nail places in Hucknall nearby.
