I thought this place would be of a high level given the reviews I read online. I would honestly not recommend this place to anyone.

However, this was one of the worst infills I have ever got. The shape was not what I asked for and within a week the polish started to chip. The nails are all different lengths and different shapes. The lady did not spend enough time filing the nails and shaping them properly and it all just seemed a bit rushed. The polish was also put on in a streaky and messy way. I did not even ask for any designs just one colour, something like this I expect to be done well at a nail salon with such high reviews.

When we tried to tell the lady about the issues we had with the nails she simply dismissed what we had to say and tried to convince us they were all the same length and shape.

Overall customer service and the quality of the nails was not worth the price paid.

‼️Avoid at all costs — extremely poor service and quality ‼️

I had an extremely disappointing experience here and feel compelled to share this to prevent others from going through the same. I was overcharged an excessive amount for a set of nails that were uneven in length, shape, and thickness — something I would not expect even from a trainee, let alone a ‘professional nail tech’. The final result looked rushed and unfinished: the nails were badly painted, visibly wonky, extremely short, different length, very thick and chunky, lifted, and none of them matched in shape or quality - just horrible in every way possible! The nails literally look like M&Ms due to the size, shape, thickness, length etc.

The technician was rude and dismissive throughout. Despite showing her a clear reference for what I wanted, she filed my nails significantly shorter than requested — then told me she couldn't do the design because they were too short. This mistake was entirely her own, yet she took no responsibility for it.

Afterwards, my natural nails were left sore and damaged, I immediately went elsewhere to get them taken off as they were very painful and digging into my fingers since she didn’t file them down properly on the sides. She even overcharged us both charging £35 for a treatment that usually costs £25-£28… (her prices said £30)

When I reached out privately to request either a refund or a redo, I was told to “post whatever review I wish.” There was no apology, no concern, and no willingness to fix the issue.

Both myself and my friend, who had her nails done at the same time, were equally unhappy with the experience. It’s clear that this lady prioritises money over quality or customer satisfaction. She does not care about her customers at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for professional or even basic nail services 👎🏽

Not the best unfortunately, service was okay. However, the actual treatment was not worth what I had paid. Gel pedicure only lasted under a week before it began to lift and was not a neat job at all. Half the polish was on my skin, No proper prep of nails either, hence them not lasting more than a few days. I specialise in gel nails, however thought I would try a salon for a change, certainly not worth it. My own gel lasts 2+ weeks… it was a half arsed job unfortunately

Prices keep changing, the nail tech charged me higher than the price agreed on the phone. And when i questioned them about it, they were very defensive . So unprofessional! Never going back.

Absolutely amazing, lovely lady, quiet relaxing comfortable clean beauty salon,my daughter had acrylic nails and had her own design which Christine did perfectly and I had a pedicure and eyebrow wax and tint,won't be going elsewhere from now on.highly recommended!!
