Google Can’t rate this place highly enough! I have been coming to Sonia for my lashes for about 5 months, they are perfect everytime, and it’s always a lovely experience coming into the salon. Such a convenient location in Morpeth with friendly helpful staff.

Google 3.5 * I've been here more than once and both times had nails with gel extensions. On neither occasion have they lasted more than a full week. I'd question if it's my nails and the gel but I've had the same process elsewhere in the past and not the same issue. Nails always look great when done and have a lovely finish but it's a shame they don't last.
People in there have always been lovely and offered a tea or coffee while I've been seen to and have made a great effort to get me fitted in and have been friendly.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with the longevity of your gel extensions. As we’ve discussed in the salon, we’ve advised that gel extensions may not be the most suitable option for your nails due to their natural oiliness, which can affect how well the product adheres. We’ve recommended Shellac as a better alternative, but understand that you prefer to continue with extensions.
While we’re always happy to try and accommodate your preferences, our priority is to ensure treatments are right for each client and deliver the best results possible. We’re always here to advise you honestly and help find the best option for your nails moving forward.

Google I was 5 mins late for an appointment prior to a wedding and they cancelled me because the next appointment had turned up 25 mins early. I will not be going bk I had a 30 min slot for a leg wax that would have took 10 mins to do 🙄 did them myself better.

Hello Therese, we pride ourselves on being on time for clients so unfortunately if you’re late and we feel we cannot finish in time for the next client we sadly need to rearrange your appointment. On this occasion you arrived half way through you treatment time which meant we had to ask you to return at another time.
