Had such a lovely experience at A&D Nails! The lady who did my fingers and toes took her time and did such a great job. She was really gentle and made sure everything looked perfect. Super happy with how my nails turned out – will definitely be going back!

Apparently doesnt learn and continually hurts customers reguarding nail filing, and doesnt give refunds, a lady posted on a page and her finger looked so badly cut from a man who filed her nails so high up the sides it left a terrible mark. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HURT

WARNING - Avoid A&D Nails Hexham. My daughter went into this business yesterday for a new set of acrylics. In the process the technician damaged her nail bed and finger as seen in the pictures. My daughter had said it was hurting whilst they were filing but they continued to this result. My daughter contacted the owner of the business asking for a refund when she got home (she didn’t know how to handle the situation so paid at the time). The owner replied saying ‘Okay darling u can com my shop again I refund for u xx’. She has just gone to the shop to politely request the refund and was first told she would have to wait at the end of the queue to be seen *after* others waiting to get their nails done (this would have been a wait of well over an hour, possibly two) or come back after 4pm - which she can’t do. She works and studies outside of Hexham during the week so can’t call back during week days - we explained all of this but the owner refused to help us. I’m disgusted by this ‘customer service’ - the owner was absolutely unwilling to help my daughter and shut us both down refusing to refund her now, no apology. I told her I had no choice but to share this on Facebook. I have never taken to social media to call out a business before and I feel for people trying to run businesses but this is no way to treat your customers, especially when it’s you who is at fault and your business has caused injury. Beware!

I've been going to AD nails since they first opened in Hexham however I've had a long break and only recently started getting my nails done again.
The lady usually does my nails and they're always amazing.
However yesterday the guy did them and I was equally impressed!! Very professional and gorgeous Acrylics. And what a choice of gel colours! Highly recommend.

Awful experience! The man was a butcher! So painful! I’ve had acrylic nails on for aslong as I can remember and never have such a painful experience! Do not go!!
