Been here so many times now and have had such a good experience every time, just been today for my wedding nails and they are perfect !!! Also the deluxe pedicure is 10/10 !!!

Very poor aggressive service, don’t follow customers requests. Went in for an infill and they began butchering my nails with clippers cutting my natural nails all different lengths, I assume owner realised what was happening and came over to tell the man to stop then offered acrylic as an alternative which I declined as I wanted my natural nails. Women then proceeded to start saying it was my fault needless to say I left without having my nails finished. All in all, I would say unqualified inexperienced staff, I’ve been having my nails done for more than 20 years so I’m not writing this review as a novice.

I’ve been here a few times now, every time I’ve been they charge more than the listed price. Even for something simple like straight forward gel removal. Listed as £8 but was £10.

Today I overheard a customer ask “can I pay card” and the lady who worked there said yes. However I got the till and was told “cash only”. I explained I had none and was told to go to a cash machine down the street. I booked online for an appt and it was not listed as a cash only business at all.

Also when the gel is cured the inside of the lamps are very dirty.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews unless it’s been a few times but unfortunately it’s now been multiple occasions I’ve had issues.

On a positive note it’s a clean salon otherwise and looks pretty and there is a wide colour selection.

I've been here and had a great experience. The staff are friendly, the coffee is delicious, and the shop is clean. The paint is good and lasts a long time. I will come and support the shop again.

I wanted to try the salon because it looks really nice but…
That’s the only positive about it, staff was not friendly and couldn’t even speak a word English.
The quality of my nails was very poorly i had way better ones.
Everything feeled very rushed and the young lad that did my nails was not very skilled (to say the least)
I will definitely not recommend this salon and i will never go back!!

I have been using the Nail lounge since they opened and every visit I am delighted with my nails. Friendly environment and always dealt with promptly without an appointment.
The deluxe pedicure is next level.
