I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. I was given an appointment for 3:30pm and arrived early at 3:25pm, but still had to wait around 40 minutes just to have one nail fixed.
When I was finally seen, I asked about changing the colour to match, but was told I couldn’t 'try' and had to go with the second colour. When I asked if I could try the second colour, the lady rolled her eyes, which felt quite rude and unprofessional.
The service itself felt very rushed, and there was no atmosphere in the salon. It felt uncomfortable, like me and other customers weren’t really allowed to speak.
On top of that, I was quoted that prices start from £3, but ended up being charged £6 for the service without a clear explanation. The lack of transparency, long wait time, and poor customer service made this a frustrating experience overall.
I will not be coming back and would not recommend using this salon.

Just had nails done take off and new set £52 pound. Service was rushed no conversation at all.
I asked for the white tips to be further down my nail as I could see a dark shadow still and he was very unhelpful to the point I said leave as is and he then did other hand .
I was not shown the first one or two to check I was happy .

Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. During my appointment, the technician redid one of my nails without explaining why, and when I politely asked, she said, “Why do I need to tell you?”—as if I don’t have the right to know what’s being done to my own body. I reminded her that it’s my body, but she still refused to give an explanation.

She also cut my nail far too short, causing pain, and showed no concern when I spoke up. Throughout the appointment, she coughed constantly without covering her mouth, which made me very uncomfortable regarding hygiene.

Additionally, she made dismissive comments and treated me like I was being difficult for asking simple questions. The staff overall were rude, unprofessional, and unconcerned with customer comfort.

I expect clear communication, basic respect, and professional care when paying for a service—none of which I received here. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon.

Very poor service! Considering I was just about to pay them almost £60 for a set of nails that were overpriced as it is but to be questioned Infront of the whole shop if I’d paid a deposit which I hadn’t as I’d simply missed the message, just shows how money grabbing they are.I have been a long time customer for years and recommended many people to them, I have never paid a deposit before. Even though I had a pre booked appointment I was then told I was now a walk in and when I asked the waiting time I was told ‘don’t know’ and totally dismissed as if my time means nothing, absolutely disgusting and spoke to me like I was dirt on their shoe. Would NOT recommend.

WORST NAIL SALON IN WESTON SUPER MARE!

I went to get my nails done there twice. The first time they charged me £27 as advertised. Next time I went there 5 weeks later they charged me £30 because I didn’t have cash claiming they charge more for long nails even though it was the exact same length as the last one
My nails kept snapping off as though they were clip ons. 2 snapped off in the first 2 days. I went back and paid £7 to fix them. 2 more nails snapped off with 2 days of the last fix. I went to complain and I was told that was my problem not there. I wasn’t lifting anything heavy or doing any thing to cause them to snap.
This is the worst quality nails I’ve ever done. I will not be returning back here and I will not recommend anyone to.
I’ve been doing my nails with acrylic and gel powder permanently for about 10 years now. This has never happened where 4 nails have snapped off in 8 days.

Got my nails and toes done 2 days ago. I always get hard gel nails as they last longer and they are strong. My previous set lasted me over a month and none of them broke, my nails were very hard and strong. Since my most recent set of nails and toes (done 2 days ago) some of my nails and toenails have broken, through no fault of my own. I have messaged and have been told they can only redo the colour? The colour is not the issue, my real nails have broken due to the gel not being as hard as they normally do it. I gave them a chance to redo the broken nails, but they don’t want to. It would only take under 10 minutes to fix them? I have paid £60 for nails to last 2 days. I’m sure other places would rather keep a customer happy and fix an issue, but this is not the case here. I would’ve happily carried on getting my nails done here, if they fixed my issue. I wouldn’t usually write a negative review but I have wasted a lot of money on these nails.

Be prepared to get different from what you thought on sitting down and then you get an inflated price to what you were originally told. Try elsewhere as you will get what you want somewhere different
