Very poor.
Booked for today to receive a half hour facial and half hour back neck and shoulder massage, as per gift voucher purchased by my daughter.
After completing questionnaire, I was told that I could not have the massage as I had a fractured rib. (Ok I understand). I must wait 5 months. I was offered the facial only.
- I suggested I rebook to time when rib was healed. This was not accepted as by then the voucher would have run out.
- I asked for an alternative to the massage, apparently there is not another half hour treatment I could swap to
- I asked if I could perhaps have a pedicure and pay for the top up. Apparently not unless I pay for the full price of pedicure.
- I asked what alternative then could be offered. They were not forthcoming nor helpful, unless I pay a lot more money.

I simply wanted what my daughter had paid for. But they would not provide this. I understand that I cant have shoulder massage yet, but to not let me book at a time when I could, was unfair. I had no alternative but to leave.

I am so so upset. I now have to explain to my daughter that the lovely treat she bought for me ie two treatments massage/facial are not possible. She will be so very disappointed, she really wanted me to have this treat.

Beauty Room were not helpful nor sympathetic. I only hope they will at least refund my daughter. HOWEVER the receptionist promised that a manager would call my daughter on Tuesday, but she DID NOT

I would NEVER recommend Beauty Room to anyone. Especially when there are plenty of alternatives in Nailsea.

Absolutely blissful signature hot stone massage tonight with Charlee. Never underestimate the power you have to give someone a little slice of heaven in an otherwise chaotic and very stressful life. A good reminder of how important self care is. Thank you for a wonderful massage and ultimate relaxation.

Usually good but not a great experience. One of the last appointments of the day and felt like it was- rushed and a bit careless. I won’t be booking with Becky again and will reconsider going back. Unfortunate.

Had a spa pedicure and spa manicure with Toni & Lily First class treatment all the way made me feel welcome was very relaxing. Would highly recommend and im already booked in for Christmas ☺️

This is by far, one of the best beauty salon’s I have been to! It offers a wide variety of treatments and I chose a Guinot facial which was amazing and a hot stone massage. It is a highly professional, clean environment, with exceptionally qualified and caring staff. I am looking forward to going back soon!

Lovely and caring staff team. Hannah gave a fabulous massage. She worked through all of my knots from playing violin which helped a TON and we had a good chat. Will definitely be coming again!
