Very disappointed with our experience at The Dolls Corby Salon.
My wife had a confirmed appointment on 9 June at 4:00 PM and arrived on time. When she rang the doorbell, nobody answered. She then tried calling the salon more than 10 times, but no one picked up the phone and there was no callback or explanation.
My wife had taken time out of her day and travelled to the salon for an appointment that was clearly not honoured. The complete lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. If you are unable to keep appointments, the least you can do is inform your clients.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. A complete waste of time and extremely disappointing customer service.

John is my cut and colour and Nic is my extensions. Both of them are incredibly talented at what they do I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love the new salon too!!

I got balayage done with John and it turned out great! He was lovely to chat with and super helpful answering any questions I had, would absolutely recommend!

I had an appointment booked to which I was contact over text and asked to me moved to a different time/date. I replied explaining that I had booked time off work to make the appointment and although I couldn't make the exact time she asked to have the appointment moved to I advised I could make it 10min past that as that was just the drive from work to the salon. I had no reply, I chased asking to please be let know if appointment was still on or not, no reply. I have lost 2h of work to make this appointment which did not happen. This is very upsetting. I understand emergencies happen but as a business, a reply to your costumers would be expected.

Absolutely love my new haircut, blow dry and straighten. My first visit to The Dolls Salon today, it was so easy to book online and John has done a fantastic job after not having my haircut for over a year. Thank you so much.

So much love for “The Doll Salon” 🫶 I have been a client for a few years now - nails, aesthetics, hair (colour, cut, styling and extensions) and tattoos. Each member of the team go that one step and beyond. You are looked after like family and not just a client.

Can’t recommend this place enough, Shola and Remi are both super friendly and professional. Remi’s work is always phenomenal, this tattoo is definitely my new favourite 😊

John is amazing, the perfect blonde every time, he always puts so much time and attention into my hair, tried so many different places for the colour I wanted, John cracked it first time, wouldn’t have my hair done anywhere else!

Lovely little Salon. The Stylist John in there always goes above and beyond and gives me exactly what I ask for.

Been with Shola since she started as an apprentice and has been the only person I’ve trusted to tattoo me. 16 beautiful pieces of art so far and I have never looked back. Couldn’t recommend her more, just incredible talent and patience.
