This was my first time going Heidis and found it a lovely experience. Having struggled to previously have my BIAB nails done to a smooth finish, today I had them some by Summer and they are lovely! I booked straight back in for
my infills. Everyone was warm and friendly and having watched the hairdresser at work whilst I was there, I am definitely going back for my hair too.

This was my first time here and it was great, Summer has done a fabulous job with my less than perfect nails. Thank you! I had a great experience from start to finish. The salon has a really nice friendly vibe, professional but relaxed and welcoming with the added bonus of shop front parking too!
I have already booked in for a second visit. 😊

I went to Heidi’s for the first time to get my lashes done from Paige.

My initial experience was pleasant, however when she tinted my eyebrows I realised she hadn’t done this often as someone else had to check them - also I told her I didn’t want them blocky and they were.

Secondly - she ran late with my lashes which made me late to my other appt - so allow half an hour extra. However I did like the light Russian look she did and she didn’t do the cat eye which i didn’t want.

That night I brushed them and a couple were coming off which is normal in my experience however the following morning I woke up and most of them were on my face I was blinking and they were coming off.
Unfortunately I had already left Scunthorpe that night to catch a flight down south the next day so I was unable to go back to Heidi’s for them to correct them - I was very upset and unhappy that they were falling off so easily especially because I got them done for my holiday - teaches me not to try somewhere new before going away!

Nonetheless I contacted Paige initially and explained the situation she advised me that this isn’t something that happens with her however she’s in a new place and she has to use Heidi’s salon product, I then asked for a partial refund as I know time was used and a full refund wouldn’t be fair even though I had to pay out £50 down south to have them patched up early morning so I could catch my flight!
The refund was something Paige could not offer as it’s the salons money, so I asked to contact the owner.

I explained the whole story again to the owner and her advice was that I should of come back so they could rectify it, even after I told her I’m no longer in Scunthorpe because I have a flight to catch. She then told me that Paige was doing lashes on an introductory price and they were discounted whilst she got used to the product however training should of been provided as on booksy it states that she’s a qualified lash tech and nothing about her getting used to their product so there might be errors (image attached).
The owner also stated that Paige might of not used enough glue or not using it quick enough which again is Paige and the salons responsibility to have adequate training on products before practicing on paying customers.
Nothing was mentioned to me that these are products she’s not familiar with otherwise I wouldn’t have risked it.

I’m very disappointed that they have not offered any sort of compensation if a partial refund was not allowed because I started my holiday in a state because my lashes were coming off. I will not be visiting again and I advise that if you decide to go make sure it’s with a lot of time after so you don’t end up like me.

Went in the other day, the staff were amazing. My eyelashes and eyebrows are immaculate. Couldn't have asked for a better job honestly, thanks to Faith. My daughter started to get a bit grouchy while I was busy and the lovely lady looked after her. Best salon ever by far. Very very pleased ❤️

Wouldn't trust anyone with my eyebrows or lashes. Gwen the owner has been doing my eyebrows and lashes for around 7 years now. Tells you the correct aftercare and is always happy to answer any questions if your new to lashes and brows.

Gwen has been doing my eyebrows for nearly 10 years now and i would never go anywhere else. Always walk out the salon happy with my brows and lashes. Very professional, lovely, chatty and always makes you feel welcome. The salon has a lovely atmosphere. Definitely recommend to anyone xx

The ladies in the salon are so lovely and amazing at what they do. I come for lashes/brows/hair and nails and not once had a negative experience. All the ladies are so helpful when you’re unsure what you’re wanting or if something will work for you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would be lost without them ❤️
