ROUGH AND RUSHED.

When I first sat down the man was so rough with the tools and my hands that I was scared 😂 the tool ripped his gloves within the first touch.. like genuinely I was worried he'd hurt my fingers/nails. I gasped out loud and I was just embarrassed. Full speed with the electric file not considering if my nails could handle that and they can't. I get biab for a reson my nails are weak. So rough with even the hand file. He asked about the length and ignored me and then cut off the length. The shape is fine but honestly not good and same with the colour. It's not fully even. It felt rushed from the start. I really wanted to give this place a real review as I've just moved here and look for a place but I can't rate it more than 1 star.

First time getting my nails done and I was so happy with them. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and my nails where exactly the same as the picture. Service was excellent and I recommend and will defo be going back.

I called to try get a price on acrylic nails for my daughter and the man that answered was very rude when I asked what the price would be then kept asking me what time I wanted to be booked in for, I repeated that I was looking for how much it would cost and he hung up on me. Very poor customer service.

Very Bad waste of money, I just did my gel polish and with in 4 hours it came off again I redid with them and it came off next day only, I don’t know what is wrong with their work their base are not at all good very disappointing I simply wasted my money

Always go to Emily for my Gel BIAB nails have tried others places and they just don’t last as long. What a difference in the length and how strong your nails are with BIAB💅🏻

Have given one star as that was the least I could give. Went for a pedicure (wasn't getting any polish) , took longer to get my shoes off and on. Wasn't on the chair for 10mins, obviously had never done a pedicure before as didn't have a clue what he was doing....absolute joke won't be back. Had the cheek to charge £22.....
AVIOD THIS NAIL BAR!!!!!
