Absolutely horrendous experience. I asked for the same as I had- French manicure with acrylic tips.My nails were aprox. 3/4 inches long. As soon as I sat down she asked what I wanted and said the same- she then proceeded to cut the entire tip of my nails off with giant nail cutters and instead of soaking my acrylics off, they were painfully sanded down to oblivion with an electric nail file. I kept telling her it was painful but I was ignored and she just muttered her mother tongue. There is still a reminiscence of my previous nails visible under the horror she created. After what felt like an hour and a half of sanding my nails to oblivion. She then proceeded to slap shellac polish on my nails- not once did she consult me about the colour I.e. the shade of pink. She used a mauve pink and not French manicure pink.Boke. She did paint them an even uglier darker shade of pink but said you like this one or this one? I pointed to least ugliest. She got huffy and muttered something in her mother tongue, I imagine something unpleasant about me as she had to use nail polish remover to take the darker mauve off the other two nails I did not authorise her to use that shade on. I realised that she was not listening to me at all, I was being completely ignored. When I left the place I am lucky if I can even say my nails are even one inch long now. She hacked off my nails as well as the acrylics and mine were quite long underneath. My nails are completely awful I want cry anytime I look at them. The colour is off, the length is off , the shape is off and the white tips are wonky and uneven- some white bits are thicker than others. I am not saying I asked to have nails like Cardi B but it would be better than my nails looking like Shrek’s. I was almost in tears with frustration when I left that nail butcher shop. I will never return to this place ever again. I will be going somewhere else to replace the
hack job I got here. Total waste of money. Trust me. Not once was I consulted about the length, shape or colour. She just did what SHE wanted and she ignored me. She clearly needs glasses if she thinks what I came in with is what I left with. I asked for the exact same as I had, I was only refreshing them as they were needing it. If I knew the end result I would have just got an infill. Don’t go here unless you want to end up looking like Shrek too Appalling service. AVOID! One star is too generous.

I always get my nails done here and everyone is very nice. I’m always happy with my nails and they are all so talented!! Definitely recommend!!

I was a client of this salon for several years, but unfortunately it has changed today.
I understand that everyone can have hard days, I also work in the beauty industry and I have never spoken negatively to my clients, that's the only reason I left today before the person started doing my nails.
The conversation was not very nice to me and I don't know why the person who was supposed to do my nails was very negative and arrogant towards me.

Ground the gel nail varnish off and left grooves in my nails that not even a top coat of varnish can hide. Instead of going from rough to smooth grinding he went from smooth to rough. Didn't even put oil on my cuticles but went over them with the grinder.
