Booked in over a week ago to get acrylic nails, show up a few minutes before the appointment to be asked what I want, and a shocked look when I said I had an appointment, as she was midway through doing someone's nails and said oh I didn't realise, can you wait. Which I had no issues waiting, but then just as she is finishing the other girl's nails, a lady walks in asking for her eyebrows to be threaded, she was told to take a seat. She then took the threading eyebrows lady and proceeded to do her's and never said a thing to me. After 5mins I stood up and expressed my annoyance that I had been waiting for an appointment I had booked over a week ago that she clearly didn't even know about and now she is doing a walk in before me. Her reply was "no it's okay sit down", to that I just said no I am leaving and left.

Gutted as I do not treat myself very often and the last, was about 2 years ago and I came here and loved my nails.
