Arrived in the salon to be told “won’t be long, please wait”. Only 1 other customer there who was already in process. Waited for the best part of an hour, with 2 kids, only to be told she can’t do my nails and can I come back tomorrow morning! Obviously thinks her time is more valuable than mine. Shocking customer service.

I have been going here for my nails for the last few months and they are the best in the business!! I go every few weeks for my biab and they smash it every time with the designs and I recently broke my ankle and got my toes done, and she was so gentle and done then perfectly! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went to the salon after getting my nails done somewhere else and hated them the girls in the shop where lovely and listened to everything that I want my nails are absolutely beautiful now just wish I had went there to begin with would highly recommend thank you xxx

Amazing wee shop did my nails georgous, took her time with me not rushing like my old one used to make sure everything was perfect, then did an amazing eyebrow wax and tint great value for money will definitely be back 😁

Got glow Halloween nails at Nail Time & Spa—15% off, fast service, and the staff were so nice! They even had free coffee while I waited. Super happy with everything!

Nail time & spa gel manicure is worth every penny! I got an autumn orange design with leaf decals—still intact after 3 weeks (only minor tip wear). They started my 1pm appointment on time, texted a reminder, and it’s clean + fast. My new go-to!

First time at Nail time and Spa. The owner was lovely and very professional. I messaged the day before to book in for pedicure and acrylic for my holiday, added bonus they were open on a Sunday as my usual nail place is closed Sundays. She did a fantastic job and my nails look so nice for my holiday. Will definitely be back 🥰

Arrived at the shop 2pm and the woman asked me if i can wait so i waited until quater past 3 when some other people walked in and i was told i couldnt get mine done after waiting over an hour, leaving me stuck for time to go else where to get them done, rather unprofessional that she knew it was booked up and wasted time instead of being upfront, wont be going back

The place is really nice and the woman who done my nails was really nice, friendly, accommodating to what nail colours would suit me best and helping me choose options for nail colours. She did amazing job! Will definitely go back again. Thank you,
