normally when i go here im always happy with my experience and my nails, the day i went was my 17th birthday, so i decided to get my nails done in the morning to celebrate, i was so excited all week and talking non stop about it, i went in sat down and didn’t have to wait! i got served right away which was good and then it started going bad, i asked the man for longer nails he said which length i said meduim, when i asked for medium he laughed at me in my face and started talking to the guy next to him and laughed to him too at me wanting longer nails and then he cut them small, i was really upset at the size, if i wanted small i would’ve said. the guy was overall rude and when i wouldn’t relax my hands which i don’t know how to do he would slam the nail file on the table and sigh, overall not a good experience and i cried when i got home due to being overwhelmed and stressed. i don’t want to come back here ever again, you’ve disappointed me. Live up to your name.

Usually always go here and have a fab experience. Went today and started off well with my pedicure but when it got to my manicure the guy didn’t listen to what I asked for at all. I asked for tips as my nails are quite short from work and I also asked for a specific design. The guy repeatedly looked at my reference photo and still continued to not do the design I asked for Also didn’t get tips. I have anxiety and struggle to correct people even when I’m paying for my service. Man appeared to have an attitude as he was sighing a lot and was rushing to finish my appointment as the store was closing shortly. Very upset after today’s experience as I usually love this place!! Pics of what I asked for vs what he gave me below. I really hate to complain but today was disappointing

I went in this morning to get nail extensions and was lucky to be taken right away. The place is clean and tidy and the staff wear masks and gloves. They are pleasant (although there is not much conversation from them, but I’m ok with that 😁) they ask what you would like and get to it. They keep you in the loop with what they are doing and check with you that is what you want. I got almond shape for a change and I love them. Highly recommend.

Been going here for a while now and never have I been treated like this. I have problems with the nerves in my arms and the guy kept saying I wasn't relaxed. I could tell they were talking about me and he was huffing. I walked out in tears never again

I don't tend to get gel nails done or any kind of false nails very often but treated myself for upcoming holiday, got them done saturday went on holiday sunday and by Tues one nail had cracked and half came off, by thurs another nail did the same and another had a chip. I've had gel nails done before so I know this shouldnt and didn't occur previously so feel that it wasn't a great success for me and probably won't go back.

The woman with the big black glasses made my natural nails underneath the acrylic a MESS, she asked me what length I wanted them and I showed her and she proceeded to make them shorter than what I asked her to make them. Then continued to file them down to make them even shorter !!!!!!! If you come here avoid her ! Both times I’ve been here I have got her and both times my nails have been horrible. Don’t know why I came back, she is rough on your hands and kept pulling them and when I told her that I wanted them longer she proceeded to say “well you asked for them” No, I didn’t was my answer and she looked away and rolled her eyes

Dani is the best. Would ways prefer Dani. If he's not available then I'm still happy to have someone else do my nails in the salon. 😁
