Google First time customer & won’t be back I got acrylics french tips for them to fall off two days later. Staff are friendly enough but wouldn’t recommend if u want your nails to last more than two days.

Google The service was absolutely awful. My nails were not prepped, the gel was piled on extremely thick, the nail tech was rough and rude and didn’t understand anything I was trying to explain to her and failed to do the appropriate after care once my nails were finished (cleaning my hands, applying cuticle oil, etc). I was charged £45 for a set of nails which they CLEARLY had shown would only be £37. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Google Have been going here for a while now but I just had my Christmas nails done this morning and the girl didn’t file my nails after putting the BIAB on so they’re misshaped, bulky and jaggy. If it wasn’t for it being Christmas Eve and being tight for time, I would have said but I’m really disappointed ☹️

Google Would give 0 stars if I could. Gave me completely different colour, shape & size than what I asked for and when I asked repeatedly for them to shape the way I wanted the guy would just file over my nail a bit and show me when he had done nothing different and gave the nails no shape whatsoever. So overpriced too for a salon with people who don't know what they're doing
