I have been here lots of times and it’s usually amazing but this time they charge me £45 just for short acrylics with dots. Very rough my nails look damaged, they cut my cuticle and it was bleeding but they put gel on the blood. Three days later 2 of the nails fell off it’s now been 2 weeks and 9 of them have fallen off.

Reply: I have been coming for 2 years now and the price was never discussed beforehand I hope in the future you will do this thank you

Highly not recommended.

This was by far my worst experience and a huge mistake getting my eyebrows waxed from here. The service was extremely unprofessional, and the results were unacceptable—one eyebrow had an arch while the other was rounded, and they weren’t even symmetrical from the center.

When I pointed it out, the staff member laughed instead of taking responsibility. Rather than fixing the issue, he made excuses, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

Overall, a very disappointing and unsatisfactory service. Do not respond to this with false excuses—take accountability and improve your service instead.

Eyebrow waxing cannot correct natural asymmetry - it only shape what is already there . Perfect symmetry would require additional treatments beyond waxing . We are recommend tinting or semi-permanent treatment for more banlanced and refined results

Amazing nail shop! Would definitely recommend. I showed the lady at the front a few different photos of what style I wanted and she came up with an idea with the male nail technician who actually did my nails. They are perfect exactly what I wanted and the guy spent some much time making sure everything was precise!
