Google Very disappointed nails still wet when left smudged on hand. Had hard gel nails hurried. The shine on top coat was matt. 1 week later the nails lifted. Waste of £40. Definitely will not be going anymore. Owner would not listen to the customer and totally disregarded what I said. Apparently the photo taken was proof. So basically I was called a liar.

I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy. Your nails were completed on 17/10 and both of us were happy with the result at the time, as shown in the photo taken after your appointment. I always invite clients to return straight away if there’s any concern so I can check and resolve it, but as I wasn’t able to see or assess the nails until a week later, a repair or refund couldn’t be offered. I take pride in my work and customer care and am always happy to put things right when given the opportunity.
