Hi, we’re sorry to read your review.
Following your appointment, your mum contacted us to let us know ONE nail had come off, and we offered a repair straight away. An appointment was then booked for the 11th at 4.30, however we have not heard anything further since and nor did you arrive to your appointment. It’s now the 22nd march so I suspect some more nails - naturally have fallen off.
We always encourage clients to contact
us directly with any issues so we can resolve them promptly, as we did offer in this case
We’d also like to reassure that our nail technician has a large number of happy, returning clients, so the comment that ‘everyone’ has had the same experience is not reflective of our client base unfortunately.
If you would like to book in with us we are more than welcome to offer you a treatment. Please do get in touch

Google Such a lovely salon with amazing friendly professional staff.They offer good variable treatments I have had a few myself I would highly recommend them. Very welcoming atmosphere clean tidy helpful and reasonable prices go give them a try 😁x
