Love the nails, but I will say the hygiene is gross not washing your hands after eating, going outside getting shopping ect sneezing going on your phone ect is really gross lots of germs guys and offering dirty cups to an older woman to drink out of then laughing about it is disrespectful. Glad she had noticed the cup was dirty

Owner Response:

We appreciate your feedback and understand that hygiene is an important part of any salon experience . That morning the shop was extremely busy and overwhelmed, which unfortunately led to a few careless mistakes, but these were corrected immediately afterwards.

What’s disappointing is that the review focuses heavily on things unrelated to the actual nail service itself. Our team put a lot of time, effort and creativity into creating your nails, and a review like this can completely overshadow the hard work of the technician who worked on them . It not only affects the salon as a whole, but also individual nail artist behind your set .

That being said, we still appreciate the feedback as it helps us reflect, improve and provide a better experience moving forward. Thank you
