Sounds cliché, doesn’t it, saying “I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my treatments”? But honestly, when it comes to my lashes, brows, and makeup, I genuinely wouldn’t! I’ve been going to Laura for years now and every single appointment is perfect. I have my lashes done, brows waxed and tinted, and she’s even done my wedding makeup — everything she does is always flawless.

Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also one of the kindest, most positive souls to be around and always makes you feel so comfortable and looked after. I literally live in Norwich and travel to Dereham for my appointments with her — now if that doesn’t tell you how amazing she is, I don’t know what will!

I recently had tapes fitted with Chiara who was professional, friendly and listened to what I wanted. She took time to colour match me perfectly and was really invested in the journey to make sure I was happy, as it was my first time having tapes.

I am really happy with the outcome and looking forward to booking next time once the salon is open for business! Laura has also previously done my brows before I moved away and I loved them.
