Had BIAB which cost £36 then went back a month later for infill and got charged £40 when asked about this apparently BIAB nails cost £40 and I was undercharged the first time and that it should of been £40 so asked ok but isn't infils meant to be cheaper she said no full set of BIAB or infil are the same price of £40 how does that make sense ! But told me acrylics infil is only £25 , will not be going there again.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This business does not pre-book clients, which resulted in a long, disorganized wait with no clear communication. On top of that, there is no contact number, making it impossible to ask questions, confirm availability, or resolve issues afterward.
The worst part is that they ruined my daughter’s nails. The work was rushed, uneven, and poorly done, and there was no care taken to fix the mistakes. For a service that’s supposed to be professional, this was extremely disappointing.
Lack of organization, no way to contact them, and low-quality results. I am not happy at all and would not recommend this place to anyone—especially for children

Very professional, high-quality level nails I would definitely recommend however get there early as they didn't accept appointments when I went there a couple of weeks ago but apart from waiting abit everything was perfect

Fantastic job on my nails. I come here quite often ! Owner is very friendly, chatty & polite. Excellent service and value for money ! I would highly recommend top nails and I’ve been to quite a few nail bars! The owner is very talented she can do almost any design on your nail you want ! Just show her a picture! Excellent selection of colours and designs !

its always amazing, prices are crazy but sometimes worth it ive gone there about 7 times, nails are never the same shape as eachother (my ring finger was the same as my middle finger) but its good, they cant do a lot of designs because i asked for a snake pattern which in the photo looked very simple but they couldnt do it. i need to go back soon to get one of my nails done since it broke off
