10/10- I feel instantly welcome. I have had a few services, and keep going back for more.
Tattoo removal- the cost is very affordable, The results are better than expected. I couldn’t recommend seeing Gemma enough!

Lazer hair removal- this is painless! I really mean painless. Results again have been better than expected and very quick.
The sauna and plug cool pools, such a relaxing experience.

Gemma is a wealth of knowledge an really does tailor the service you choose to you.

I have had to many treatments to list really, always more than happy with the results.

The coffee is also worth going for!

I only wish I’d found it sooner!

We booked a table at Rokoko Hub for Valentines night as we fancied a change from the usual take away or big restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hub had been set for Valentines night, mood lighting, nice music and table flowers. I’m a big fan of a pizza and was really impressed with the pizzas we were served, I’ve been to quite a few Italian restaurants and I’d say that not many of them have served one as nice as I had last night. Really great little venue and a bonus that it’s within walking distance from both Bryncoch and Waunceirch.

Had a Gender reveal party here and it was lovely! The staff couldn't do enough throughout the whole planning process and during they were so welcoming and worked so hard! Really good space and everyone loved the food and drink options. Would recommend for any upcoming events! Thank you girlies 🥰

I had a great experience in rokoko very welcoming and well presented staff and a lovely salon with a amazing wellness hub joined to it which i had a lovely coffe from and a great tour of the tubs and Japanesehead spa rooms which look incredible and definitely will be trying out, I had a lovely facial with Gemma who was very polite and excellent at what she does she made the whole treatment unforgettable, I also had my nails done with shauna who was so lovely and did a amazing job and definitely the best nails I've had, I had my hair coloured cut and blow dryed with kayla who did a fantastic job very chatty throughout the service which made me feel very comfortable, highly recommended going here definitely will be returning

They should let you know that when you have a pedicure that your feet will be soaking in a bowl on the beauty bed. I'm tall.
However the young lady that did my feet did an excellent job and was lovely. The room was very private, very zen music. Once the foot soak was over it was wonderful.
The service (or staff) seem confused when you go off price list... I don't have paint on my toenails.

I went up and had my hair cut with Sarah and then had beautiful colour tint by Chloe p and I had a lovely time up there both were very polite and attentive and knew what they were doing. I am very pleased with my hair and would definitely recommend going there because I’d go again for sure.

Fabulous sauna.back.neck and shoulder massage.Tried the ice bath three times while my sauna buddy screamed for me

Where to begin. I have just arrived home from what can only be described as a truly fantastic experience. I am a lady of a certain age and was lucky enough to be gifted a voucher for Mother's Day from my daughter Alicia. The voucher was for a 70 min infused facial at my local hair & beauty salon in Waunceirch. My facial was with the wonderful Gemma whom I have had many treatments with. To say she was absolutely brilliant is an understatement. The whole 70 mins from start to finish was perfect. I swear she has healing hands. I went in with a lot of tension and a bad neck and came out totally relaxed and a new woman. This review does not come close to telling you how good she is. Try it for yourselves, you won't be disappointed. So if you are struggling what to get for your loved ones or treating yourself on a special occasion I strongly recommend that you book with Rokoko and ask for Gemma. You are in for a treat. She is a massive asset to the salon, as are all the staff. I would like to personally thank Gemma and Kath for my exceptional treatments this week. xx
