Fitted my 13 year daughter in that day (as the usual place she goes to was fully booked at short notice). There is no attempt at chit chat but my daughter said she liked this aspect (🤣). To get her natural short nails painted with gel and to have a very simple design put on each cost £30. I thought this was very expensive. Nails were nicely done and my daughter was happy.

Went today for my nails. I can’t say I’m not completely happy because they do look alright. Been going here for years. Never had any issues or so I thought. Asked them if they could file my nails down slightly as they are so sharp and wouldn’t be suitable For work , they said they couldn’t as they were coffin shaped, although iv had coffin shape many times and never had them this sharp. Then when the guy was painting them he kept rubbing the side which was making a brushed effect in the gel to the side of the nails so again, asked politely if he could not rub them and that I was happy with them without. To which he replied ‘maybe you should go somewhere you like them’ I was so shocked, even the lady next to me having her nails done couldn’t believe how rude it was. Then he continued to say ‘how iv always got a problem’
I didn’t even answer because I was honestly shocked how rude it was an unnecessary. I could understand if I was rude but Im always polite and thank them as im grateful for their service but when your paying for a treatment you should be able to say if you aren’t completely happy considering it’s not exactly cheap. When Emily and the old staff worked there they was always so happy and respectful and it was never an issue if you wasn’t happy about something. but it seems the new people have an issue with you having an opinion on your own nails.
But they are right, I’m not happy with the attitude and comments today so I will go elsewhere. Such a shame as absolutely no need for it. Not expecting a nice response but I’m not the only one thinking it. I think it’s because I asked them back last year to use a clean file as they use the same one multiple times on customers.

Edit: I appreciate the owner replying to me and being so genuine and helpful. I won’t ask for a refund etc as I did receive a service and although I felt like I did I’m happy to move on I am grateful it has been resolved and so I will change my review stars too. I will definitely be back and hopefully a fresh slate. 🩷 thankyou owner x

Came in Friday 24.01.25 by Sunday 26.01.25 the whites on my French tips have already started to chip I have done no manuel labour over the weekend for this to have happened terrible paid £35 for Infils for them to look crap 2 days later not happy photos don’t pick it up properly but honestly not the best products used as my last set lasted a month with not one chip obviously done elsewhere

It’s fine, not a great result, my nails look a bit messy. But you’ll have to wait over an hour even if you have an appointment, and don’t expect a proper manicure - they will just do colour/gels, but no attention paid to cuticles, etc. For the price (more expensive than London!) I’d expect much more.

Really poor experience today, went in for infills and shellac.. my nails are all wonky and uneven and they even painted my skin not just my nails..! Felt really rushed although I had an appointment. Don’t think I’ll be returning!
