Just love going here. Lovely lady who is totally professional in every way. Superb to see ALL health precautions taken as they should be of course. Having a retail company myself, I really appreciate public safety is paramount! Disappointed to see the random "Mumbo Jumbo" Antivaxxer non user review left previously of shops services. The world unfortunately has to live with minority false fact fringe elements in many areas these days with no other means of venting even if it means making it up! Would recommend thoroughly and this is coming from a really pedantic guy who wants excellence. Criticism? To cheap for service given, deserves higher price! Thank you and good luck!

A very Professional family run business, who makes you feel welcome and valued. Very happy with the service and knowledge from the owner who has worked very hard to service customers during the pandemic.

The owner has really thought of everything to keep you as a cusotmer safe and her business Virus free, something that all Personal Hygiene businesses can learn from.

Prices were reasonable, I even got offered a drink, which was nice.

Definately will become a regular visitor, highly recommended.

Sanitary segregation in place Customer service very poor Avoid the place support other bussineses which do not segregate customers in area. My health records are my private Wouldnt recomend to anyone.

Hi sylvia, its really a shame you felt the need to leave a poor report on a small family business that you have never used. As I explained to you on the phone, all I have done since the beginning of the covid 19 lockdown, is follow government guide lines at all times. trying my best to keep my customers, myself, and my family safe .. after having my business closed for over nine months . I opened with screens~ marks ~ and had Xpelair fitted, so able to constantly change the air in the salon, (not all business have gone that far, the Xpelair was very expensive) but my customers and my safety are very important to me.. so I have done my best .I only have one customer in the shop at a time, and work on an apointment only basis only .. this being a small shop I feel it's best to give each and every customer a clean safe place to relax and have a treatment . Following government guidelines at all times. The beauty federation updated guidance just before Christmas.. my particular salon includes personal care with regard to many of the treatments on offer.. and as you may be aware PERSONAL..care in care homes for example!! require vaccinated staff & patients. Some of my customers live and work in some of these places.This has been a really difficult time for all of us in this industry and many others to make the right decisions in trying to keep every one safe and remaining open.. sadly it is impossible to please every one ..covid pass ports are likely to become a thing of the future or a thing of the passed. I have never asked people to share their personal or private medical details with me ..( I take card payments but I dont hold details of those either ) but I do need to see the card , it is with heavy heart I read a review from someone who is vindictive enough to leave a bad review on a business they never even used.
