Hanna and Naam I think, both done a really lovely job on my finger nails and toes, great service, thank you!!
Had a pleasant experience, this is my first time and they’ve gained a loyal customer cos they were really nice to me, got my acrylic done on my actual nails, loved it
Gorgeous nails, way better than any nail salon down at Bletchley. Very friendly staff even get a complimentary drink upon arrival. Impressed, thank you :)
This is what my pants looked like after my 'classic pedicure' – water nearly up to my knees! 😤
I’m so frustrated I had to share this – went to JNails &Beauty nail salon asking for a classic pedicure.
When I arrived, staff were smiling and friendly, salon was empty so they sat me straight away. But then the young girl doing my pedicure didn’t say hello, ask how I was, or even smile. She wore a mask and mumbled so much I could barely understand her – felt like she didn’t speak English well.
First, the water was way too hot – I told her and she added cold water, fine. But then I asked FOUR TIMES to have my nails cut properly. She kept saying "yes after"(what is mean after anyway)but never did. When I complained to the guy on reception, she said she couldn’t cut them in case she made me bleed – I just wanted a simple trim! She only shaped the tops a tiny bit and didn’t tidy the corners or dead skin properly.
To make it worse, one of my legs was soaked right up to my knees – my pants were ruined (as you can see in the photo). When I tried to explain how unhappy I was, they just smiled and nodded like I was being rude! They said she’s young and still learning – but honestly, everyone watches TikTok or YouTube these days, there are hundreds of videos showing exactly how to do a proper pedicure. It’s just stupid that I paid £35 for something my daughter could do better at home!
On top of it all, they don’t take cards – only cash. I had to pop to the shop to get money, and they watched me like I wasn’t going to come back and pay! Do I look like someone who’d skip out on a bill?
I’ll never go back there again – paid all that money just for stress and to feel like I’d done something wrong.
Very clean...very busy so an appointment essential if time an issue...great choice of treatments and good value...been going for 2 years and always been satisfied with outcome...
It’s so unfortunate that i didn’t check the reviews before going here because the negative ones are scarily accurate.
The nails are nothing like what i asked for and when i spoke up and asked for certain corrections they were immediately dismissed and the person doing my nails became quite rough with how he was handling my hands and applying things.
The customer service was incredibly poor and staff were very selective with who they wanted to be friendly to, and the people they chose to be kind to seemed to followed an interesting pattern.
If you’re able to travel, i recommend going to the nail shops on the bletchley high street because the convenience of this location isn’t worth the disrespect.
Booked a appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes as they took too many walk ins.
So disappointed, this review is spot on…
I thought I would give them another chance and myself and daughter had our holiday nails done. £130 and lasted less than 48 hours all peeling and chipped. After contacting them, they were very rude…. Will never be going back & please read below review.
I’ve given this place more than enough chances, and I’m officially done. Every visit has been consistently disappointing, but I kept going back out of convenience since they’re the only nail salon in Brooklands — definitely not because they’re good.
The customer service is awful. The staff can’t handle even the slightest bit of feedback without getting defensive or speaking about you in their own language, which is incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. They’re always hiring someone new, and the person who actually did a decent job on my toes has already left — not surprising.
What’s worse is the clear difference in treatment depending on who walks through the door. They’re only polite and welcoming to certain customers, while others (like myself) are met with frowns and cold attitudes the second we arrive. It’s blatant and it’s disgusting.
Save your money and your patience. They only stay in business because there’s no competition in the area — not because they actually deserve the custom.
This was my first and last visit to this salon. I left with multiple injuries on my fingers, and the treatment was extremely harsh on my skin. Several different staff members worked on my nails, constantly switching between customers without changing gloves or sanitizing their tools — a major hygiene concern.
Any time I tried to give feedback or request a small adjustment to the nail shape, the staff reacted with irritation and showed no respect for customer preferences.
What’s even more disappointing is the obvious difference in how customers are treated. Some are greeted warmly and given polite service, while others — like myself — are met with cold looks and unfriendly attitudes the moment we walk in.
Truly disappointing and unprofessional.
Discriminating. They choose. They are nicer to others than others. I do not know what criteria they use.
But its not nice to make a customer feel less welcomed than another customer. They are mean and rude!
BEWARE!!!! They are cheats. I paid £35 for infills but meanwhile the price list in the shop says £29.
How can one pay the same amount for both infills and new set. Won’t be coming back here. Cheating customers is unfair practice and would only end up loosing customers. You can’t build a good business cheating your customers.
