Great friendly staff and instructors! Been to several of their classes and they're high quality and worth the money if you get the class passes. I absolutely love the spin classes as they were a real challenge to my stamina. My partner uses the gym off-peak and loves the variety of equipment provided in the clean and modern gym.

Morgan’s Pilates class is fantastic! From the moment I walked in on my first class, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Morgan has a wonderful way of guiding and supporting everyone through each movement, ensuring you feel confident and capable. Her encouragement and attention to detail make the class both enjoyable and effective. I always leave feeling stronger and uplifted! Highly recommend.
