This used to be my favorite place for
Nails. Now when you walk in, the staff do not acknowledge you or even say hello. You will have to wait for almost an hour before you’re asked what you want to do. They no longer offer any refreshments nor drinks as before too.

Last time I was in for a pedicure, the lady didn’t do it well. I kept pointing out that my left foot wasn’t done right and there was still visible dead skin that needs to be buffed but she ignored me outrightly. The calluses are back, doesn’t look like I recently got a pedicure and it’s not even up to 3 days.
Also for the 1st time, my nail got broken days after a manicure which had never happened before. The whole experience was very underwhelming and rushed.

I feel like the original guy who used to work here was the only one that really knew his Onions. He always made everyone feel comfortable and now that he has left, the ladies don’t even care much.
They always appear nonchalant, dismissive and the warm welcoming atmosphere is no more existent.
It’s quite surprising because until recently, they used to be all smiles and jovial when you come in. Since he left, a lot has changed negatively.

I really wish something is done more about the customer service cos I was a loyal customer and had referred many of my friends. Will be a shame if it gets run down x

Unfortunately, I'm increasingly disappointed with this nail salon. It's getting worse and worse. There used to be a guy who was really good, but I don't know why he left. Now the staff don't speak English, and the nail designs aren't good either. Very disappointed. I won't be coming back.😤

Unreal work my nails always done great staff are amazing place is clean. Update. Staff don’t have a clue. The girls who’s in. Never again sad sad shame man who worked there was unreal. This place needs staff who understand English. An can do nails. And nail art. As they can’t even put varnish on with out putting it all down sides of fingers. An new prices wow

Awful service! I went there yesterday to get a new set I was there around 1pm and there was only one lady working. I had some normal nail polish on that just needed a nail polish remover to take off however she put the nail drill on and refused to use a normal polish remover. I ended up going Lisa star nail who was 10/10 service.

I had a hell infill today they charged me 35£ and cut my skin and never sterilised the tools after I was bleeding so I wonder how many ppl is the same before paid 5 for extra colour and in half an hr I came back to change the colour as he told me over the phone it cost 3 £ when I got there the man spoke to his wife in their language and said we gonna have to charge u 10 as changing colour I explained that it look totally different in the light outside and I just had them done half an hr ago he said we don’t have time for u and I’m still in agony for my broken skin. So one star is too much he. Is horrible and dirty
