I got my nails done Wednesday 12th at 4pm and it’s not even been 3 days and 3 nails have cracked , the offered to fix my nails but I can’t allow a service to continue considering the current work they provided me with was shoddy , they used acrylic to lay a foundation on my nails in order to put tips on which is a technique that has never been used on my nails before and now I’m left with broken nails having to pay a proper service at a different shop in to to sort a problem this nail shop did, I paid £35 for my nails and at the time I believed the nails were good as I even gave them a £5 tip and now I wish I hadn’t bothered, if you value your nails go to a recommended shop and not here , no wonder their shop was empty and cold since they are scrimping on heating leads me to believe they can not afford quality equipment and products to use on their customers, steer clear of this nail shop

Made my nail bent and didnt even make them look the same & the shape of my nails were coffin and they did it square half of my nails are not even the right shape ive wanted them abit long and they did it extra small

From what I’ve seen, they only have either 1 person working or two. And when it’s one person they look so tired and drained. There is no one at the reception. Idk how this business is paying its workers as there is barely anyone in there the nails are good, so credits to the two blonde girls who do am amazing job, but honestly this business is very quiet and the workers seem so drained. I hope the two workers in there manage to get a good pay wage as it’s quiet in there so I do hope they get paid properly.
