Jumped in when I saw their prices. The male nail tech took off the previous paint, painted my nail flesh pink and then added purple stickers, which I bought with me. He was polite, gentle and really took his time to make sure they were perfect. I'm very happy I gave them a go. I'll be going back to get my toenails done soon.

Terrible Experience!!

I’ve been going to this nail shop every two weeks for several years, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. Last week, a friend and I had our nails done as usual. Within just a few days, they all started popping off. We went back to have them fixed, but from the moment we walked in and explained the issue, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. We pointed out that we are regular customers and that this had never happened before. Since it happened to both of us, it was clearly an application issue, especially as a younger staff member, who doesn’t usually do our nails, had done them this time. When we asked to have the same set redone (with a simple addition of polka dots for my friend), the man became visibly irritated. He began speaking to his wife in another language, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. He then insisted on charging full price again, even for a small design change that was barely different from before. Both staff members became increasingly rude, raising their voices, gesturing aggressively, and shaking their heads. I would have been happy to pay a small extra charge for the design, but not to completely redo nails that had failed due to their mistake. In the end, we just had them redone as they were before to avoid further conflict. The whole situation was already stressful, especially considering the extra time, parking costs, and petrol we had spent coming back. To make matters worse, there was still no apology when we left, no acknowledgment at all, not even a simple goodbye. It’s disappointing to see that they clearly do not value loyal, long-term customers or appreciate our business. Other reviews are similar and they have always had a bad attitude when I have been in to other customers. You really need to fix this and work on your service!

I was waiting for over an hour to get my nails done and they still weren't done so I walked away and went to a different service would only recommend if they worked faster and had more staff

I absolutely love the two nail technicians that work here. Nothing is ever too much for them, the nail technicians are amazing, the time, quality and amazing nail art that go into designing the nails is incredible. They always listen, understand and tailor the nails right for you and the skill time and effort is a testament to the results they achieve each and every time. Each time I visit them to have my nails designed I walk away happy.

The nail bar is an absolutely wonderful relaxed place inside a shopping mall so you are also able to shop in the retail outlets and there is also an eyebrow bar right next door.
If there has ever been an accidental breakage the guys will sort it without any issues and it’s dealt with immediately.

The pricing is very competitive especially in the current nail industry and I love it.

One of the best cost effective nail bars, nails last 4 weeks and they tailor the design to each individual choice ❤️ I had the privilege of having many different designs, colours for my nails and every single time I am delighted with the outcome. They also offer a stamp card so on your fifth visit you get £5.00 off.

Always go here however had a really bad experience when I wasn't happy with the result of my pedicure. Had to sit while the lady was huffing and shaking her head whilst she tried to fix it. Won't be going back

Best place I have ever been too been going for bout month now they are always done so beautifully my toes and nails and the staff are so lovely warm very welcoming I absolutely love the pedicure spa so relaxing excellent.👍
