I regularly have my nails done at CC nails(every 4 weeks).
Andy is amazing at creating fantastic nail designs & does a fantastic pedicure each time I attend. They are both friendly and attentive and I really enjoy my visits.

Pros - nails do last, quick turnaround, convenient, nice staff.

Cons - The nail prep could be much better. I thought it was a basic expectation tidying up the nail I.e cutting back the cuticle and clipping any surrounding skin. I’ve been quite a few times now and this has never been done on my hands or toes, they just run the electric file over the nails. Sometimes the BIAB and polish are not to the edge of the nail, again it feels like a rushed job. I’d understand if they were cheaper than other places but they’re not. I’ve noticed that they change the prices too. They start your nails and then tell you the price and it’s usually £5 or so more.

Okay I never leave reviews but I had to here because I saw so many negatives so I was already anxious going lol but I was desperate.
Best acrylic nails ever had them on A MONTH! Reason for not a five star is just literally the price (I normally do biab myself but really wanted acrylic and I think £35 is expensive for just one solid colour) but the durability ? And also the sharpness of the square ? Honestly I'm shocked about how long they've because I'm heavy handed too

Absolutely awful experience. I turned up and the guy was on a break, spoke to me in such a rude, ignorant way and told me to come back in 30 minutes. Didn’t even offer for me to wait inside, so I had to stand outside like an idiot.
Then after all that, I showed him exactly what I wanted with pictures, and what he did was NOTHING like it. The quality is shocking.
£52 for this? Honestly a joke. Save your money and go somewhere else. No surprise the place was empty on a Saturday while every other nail shop nearby was busy.

I used to be a regular client at this nail salon a couple of years ago, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been very poor.

Yesterday I asked for a natural white nail color. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so I politely mentioned that there were some areas on the sides that were not properly painted. Considering I was paying £30, I believe it’s reasonable to expect the job to be done well.

The technician said he would fix it, but instead of repainting the sides, he filed my nail extremely hard to reduce the unpainted area. This completely deformed my nail and left the skin raw and painful.

This was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. I will not be returning to this salon.

Not the best, but not the worst. Friendly staff but not very sanitary. I have had normal gel polish in the past here and it was ok but not great. I thought I'd give here another go, so recently, i tried their biab. They don't actually use the proper biab technique of building the gel to make it even. Rather, they just paint it on thickly as if it was regular gel. I kinda wish I had done them myself to be honest, as they were uneven and bumpy.
