Great beauty studio with fab choices. Just watch out if paying with Fresha Account they take a £5 tip without asking you.

Thank you for your review, I just wanted to explain how Fresha’s fees work.

For any new clients who book through the Fresha Marketplace, Fresha takes a minimum 20% commission plus processing fees. This goes directly to Fresha for “introducing” the client and doesn’t come to us at all.

This only applies to new client bookings made through the marketplace—once you’re in our system, these charges no longer apply.

If you’re a new customer, it’s always best to call the salon directly for your first booking. That way, we can add you to the system ourselves and avoid the extra fees.

We’re not sure why this has been taken from you as it usually comes entirely out of our pocket. In this case, we were charged £5.76 plus the 20% fee when the original voucher was purchased, totalling £11.76. We actually make a loss on new client bookings due to this structure, so please be assured no money has been taken as a tip.
