I've been going to this salon for 3 years now and will never go anywhere else.I have had many treatments here from,massages,facials,nails,hair and most recently aesthetics.
The salon has just been redecorated and is absolutely stunning,it's clean fresh and very welcoming.
The staff are amazing and treat you like you are part of the le pappilon family.

Ladies save your money and go elsewhere. The treatment room is dirty the ceiling is full of cobwebs . The quality of work is shocking and carried out by school leavers who have only just started college . Yet still charges full price . I am not even bothering to go back and get the work re done , I never want to step inside the place again . I’m so annoyed I booked in here for Xmas and with so many other places around - it all felt rushed and as the day went on it became apparent how rubbish the work was . It was rushed and really the owner should be checking over the young girls work . If I wanted a school leaver to do my nails I would booked in with one and paid the right price .
Never ever again .

I had an amazing training at Le Papillon Beauty ! I came all the way from London to attend the chemical peel training at the academy in Manchester
I’m very satisfied with the quality of training,knowledge of the teachers and the professionalism demonstrated. I had enough models to practice on and felt confident carrying the treatment myself as soon as I did my first peeling ! I looking forward to coming back for more courses !

I completed my level 2 and 3 in facials and skin with Le papillon. Louise and Emma were really helpful and were ready to answer any questions I had. I had lots of models to practice on which helped me become confident. I can now perform the treatments with my eyes clothes. Would 100% recommend this company if you want to gain a government recognised qualification! Thank you Emma and Louise xxx

Service was ok but £35 for BIAB nails and was in the salon for only around 15/20 mins. Not a lot of attention to nail prep and finish. Pretty disappointed to be honest, won’t be returning.

This is a really beautiful salon and all the staff are so friendly. Im so sorry I completely forgot your name (you have nose piercings, a smiley piercing and have been there for around 2 months) but you were so friendly and you did an amazing job! Absolutely loved my lashes done by Penny and she was really friendly. But it’s a shame they stated to fall out quite a lot 3 days later (got them last Saturday, I did all the right lash care as well). Personally I think the lash glue wasn’t strong enough for 2 week lashes

First time having my hair done by the lovely Freya. Have used a few different hairdressers in the past. Had highlights and a cut and blow. Best highlights I’ve ever had - no stripyness and hardly any root showing. Freya really took her time to do a brilliant job, including a hair mask which I’ve never had anywhere before. Deffo going back and highly recommend!
