Absolutely traumatic experience, all i asked for was a trim at the ends of my hair and subtle face framing. Instead the woman decided my hairs really damaged (it wasnt) and gave me really awful layers, chopped my hair off (i have medium lengthed hair) now i have really awful short hair and layers. She had the audacity to say come back again for hair treatment, what treatment? I barely have any hair left! Do what your customer asks for. She then charged me £35 for something i never asked for. Its all just to gain more money absolute joke. I was traumatised sat in that chair i couldnt even do anything about it as she started chopping away and im a very anxious person so i was scared to even say anything. Please do not go here.

When she waxed my tash area she put wax over the same area she had waxed and when I went home it leafy a red mark and had an extreme singing feeling if I touched it or put makeup on and in the same day I had a gheeta to go to

I’m writing this review on behalf of my friend, who recently had a very disappointing experience at this salon. She went in with a clear idea of what she wanted — subtle, natural-looking highlights — and even brought a reference photo to ensure there was no confusion.

Unfortunately, what she walked out with was nothing like what she asked for. Instead of soft highlights, her hair was dyed an intense jet red, which was nowhere close to the photo she showed. She never asked for red hair, and certainly not a dramatic, all-over color. It was the complete opposite of what she requested.

To make matters worse, there seemed to be little acknowledgment from the stylist that a mistake had been made, and no offer to fix it or discuss a solution. Now she’s stuck with a color she didn’t want and will have to spend even more time and money trying to correct it.
