I’ve been a loyal customer for 18 months and not had great treatment today. I arrived and waited for 45 minutes for 4 other customers to arrive and get served before me. I left the shop on principle even after my waiting. Waste of time and won’t be returning after that which is a shame as they usually do a fab job.

Would not recommend to even my enemy!

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The staff members are extremely antisocial, snapping at customers and making jokes about customers in their language. Immediately you walk in, they start making comments about you in their language and laughing, which continues all through the service. They look for ways of extorting customers by increasing prices after the nails had been started. They charge extra for every little thing and they are so rude to customers; it’s terrible. And yes, they keep asking for cash, which means they could be operating in a way to evade tax. I would not recommend this place to even an enemy. Making of nails should be relaxing and therapeutic but the atmosphere there is toxic which makes customers really tense. If there is a regulatory body, this place should be shut down for mistreatment of customers.
