Came here a few years ago for the first time for my prom nails and absolutely loved it. Came back today for the second time (only second time I have ever had nails done) and they did an amazing job again. Clean and beautiful salon, offers so many services and are just fast and respectful people.

I don't even want to give 1 star, strictly avoid please. I went to get my eyebrows shaped as walk-in. The lady asked me to wait for 20 mins and she can do eyebrows. I have waited for half an hour, then she removed some extras from my eyebrows and said she can't do anymore. I asked her to shape and thin my eyebrows, she literally said she can't do it. I don't understand why did she accept to do eyebrows if she can't shape them, when I particularly told what I want. Might be they are good at their job with nails, but for eyebrows, I feel disappointed. Waste of time and money.

Awful customer service, and terrible nail building. I was there from 9:30 am at the time of my booking and at 11am she still wanted me to wait as she stopped doing my nails to do other peoples. I waited patiently as she started when I complained because the nail tips were the incorrect size for my nails (too small) and the acrylic didn’t cover the full nail Tina the owner said I made her uncomfortable and scared, I was polite and as a paying customer I said I just wanted a good job…she then had a panic attack and told me to leave the shop with acrylic on only one hand done…when I walked to a nearby shop to finish my nails she came into the shop to bad mouth me in her own language hoping they would turn me away…but once they saw the job she did they understood my complaints. Honestly if I could give - 10 review I would. This was a nightmare!!

Love love love this place!! Easy to park up and get to, and Tina is so friendly and polite.
I have been having my nails done for many years and this is by far the best place I have been to for my acrylics and toes, I always leave totally happy.
I have told family members and this is their new go to nail shop.
Thank you Top Nail and I would recommend to all!!!

Asked for acrylic extensions, nails were wonky, they forgot to do ombre and just did pink, which I didn't want. Design wasn't the best. The whole thing felt rushed and abit slap dash. Wouldn't return.
